為 台新新光金控 舉辦 三梯次 GitHub Copilot Workshop，累計 約 60 位開發與 IT 同仁 參與。課程內容涵蓋 GitHub Copilot Agent Mode、Copilot CLI、Model Context Protocol（MCP）、Agent Skills 以及 AI SDLC（AI 驅動軟體開發生命週期） 等進階主題。透過實作演練與企業案例分享，協助團隊掌握 AI 輔助開發的最佳實務，並探索 AI 對現代軟體工程流程所帶來的變革與機會。

English Description:
I delivered a three-cohort GitHub Copilot Workshop series for Taishin Shin Kong Financial Holding, reaching approximately 60 developers and IT professionals. The workshops covered advanced topics including GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, Copilot CLI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent Skills, and AI-driven Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC). Through hands-on labs and enterprise-focused scenarios, participants learned how to leverage AI-assisted development practices and prepare for the evolving future of software engineering.
